What this makes
A clean, single or multi-page invoice on A4, with your business details, the party you are billing, itemised lines, tax, totals and the amount written in words. You can add your own logo and choose between three designs.
Download opens your browser's print window, where you choose Save as PDF. That is deliberate: it means the document is produced by your own device, works with no connection, and cannot be interrupted by anything on our side.
The line items handle quantity, unit, rate, a per-line discount and a tax rate. A discount prints as an indented note under the line it belongs to, which is how a printed invoice normally shows one.
It works for any currency
Pick your currency and the whole document follows, including how the numbers are grouped and how the total is written in words. Indian grouping gives lakh and crore; everywhere else gives thousand and million.
Tax is a single named column you control. Call it VAT, GST, sales tax or anything else, and set the rate per line. If you do not charge tax, turn the column off entirely and the document loses it cleanly rather than printing zeros.
Your numbering stays yours
The invoice number is suggested once and then left alone. We do not keep a sequence for you, because a sequence held in a browser tab is not one you can rely on for your books.
Most tax systems expect invoice numbers to be unique and unbroken across a financial year. Keep your own register, or use accounting software that owns the sequence.
Nothing you type is uploaded
Every field, every figure and the logo you add stay in this browser. The document is assembled on your device and printed from it. There is no account, no upload and nothing recorded on our side.
Your draft is saved locally so you can come back to it, and the Clear button removes it. Close the tab without clearing and it is still only on this device.
