free migration from your current system

Your rooms are priced wrong right now. In both directions.

Not because anyone is careless. Because no one can watch demand for every room type, on every date, all day. So two things happen at almost every hotel, and only one of them is easy to see.

When demand is soft

Bookings slow down. Your Deluxe King stays at ₹3,900, because that is what it was last week. Six rooms do not sell.

An unsold room-night does not carry over. At midnight it is worth nothing.

The engine reads the slow pickup and moves Deluxe to ₹3,100 on every channel you sell through, and on your own website. Five of the six sell.

₹15,500 that was never going to exist.

When demand is strong

The city fills up. Your rate is still ₹3,900, and you sell out three days early. It looks like a good week.

Selling out is not the same as selling well.

The engine sees the date filling weeks ahead and lifts Deluxe to ₹5,800 on every channel you sell through, and on your own website. Same rooms. Same guests. Same weekend.

₹1,900 more on every room-night sold.

Illustrative numbers for a 20-room property, not a customer claim. The pattern is not illustrative: it happens in both directions, most weeks of the year.

You set the walls. The engine moves inside them.

No owner hands rate control to software that can do whatever it likes. You set a floor and a ceiling for each room type, and the engine cannot publish a rupee outside them. Not on the slowest day of the year, and not on the busiest.

Floor

₹2,900$35

The lowest rate you will ever be sold at. It protects your position on the days the calendar looks empty.

Base

₹3,900$47

Your normal selling rate. The engine works around it.

Ceiling

₹6,200$75

The highest you are willing to be seen at, so your listing never looks unreasonable.

Change them whenever you like. The next rebuild uses the new walls.

Before any of it goes live, you draft the settings, preview exactly what would move, and only then activate. Nothing reprices while you are still deciding. And if you want a date left alone, set that rate yourself and the engine leaves it alone.

What this replaces

Ask an owner what pricing looks like today and it is usually one of these.

  • Opening one extranet after another before breakfast to change the same number in each, and missing one.
  • The busy Saturday everyone meant to raise and nobody did. Sold out at an ordinary rate.
  • The slow Tuesday nobody dropped. Eleven rooms dark at a price no one was going to pay.
  • A rate change that reached one channel and not another, found nine days later by a guest at the desk.
  • The late-night question of what to keep for tomorrow, answered by feel, by whoever is still awake.

None of this is carelessness. It is attention, and attention is the one thing a busy hotel never has spare.

What it reads before it moves a rupee

What is already sold

How much of that night is on the books, and in which room type.

How fast the date is filling

This property's own booking pace, learned from its own history. Not a market average.

How close the date is

The same occupancy means different things at thirty days and at three.

Day of week and length of stay

A weekday and a weekend do not behave alike, and a longer stay is not priced like a single night.

Dates you have marked

A wedding, a festival, a local event you know is coming. You enter it, and the engine respects it.

What this hotel really earned

A cleaned average of your own realised rates over the last year, around that time of year. Your history, not a guess.

It runs through the day, every day. When a booking lands it runs again for the dates that changed, and the new rates go out to your channels on the next push.

What it looks like after a year

Our best-documented result is a property whose RevPAR nearly doubled in its first year on the engine: occupancy up, average rate up, same building, same team. That is the top of what we have seen, not the middle, and we would rather say so than round it up. More typically we see a 15–30% RevPAR lift within two seasons, and most of it arrives early, from dates that used to be priced flat.

Occupancy and rate usually move against each other. That is the whole difficulty of the job. RevPAR is the one number that catches both, which is why it leads your dashboard.

See what your own rates should have been last month.

Send us one month of your booking data, or just your room count and last month's occupancy. We will show you, date by date, where the engine would have moved and what it was worth. Free, and it does not need a trial.

Two more places the money shows up.

Pricing is the biggest lever, and it is above. Here are the other two. Both run on the same screens your team already uses.

One ordinary Tuesday.

Here is a normal day, hour by hour. The platform does the work behind the revenue, and your team looks after guests.

  1. 04:10

    Tomorrow's rates set themselves

The engine reads the date filling weeks early and lifts Deluxe across every channel. Nobody was awake. Nobody had to remember.

  2. 05:45

    The night audit closes itself

Every folio checked, day totals locked, tax captured, all done before first light. Nobody stayed up. The report is ready at breakfast.

  3. 07:40

A booking lands, the board updates

A Booking.com reservation syncs in. The board updates, and the new availability leaves for all 170+ channels straight away. No overbooking, no phone calls.

  4. 09:15

    Checkout in one tap

Room and restaurant are already on one bill. One tap settles it, and the tax invoice emails itself to the guest.

  5. 12:30

A room becomes sellable an hour early

A cleaner marks 204 ready from her phone. The desk sees it at once and sells it to an afternoon walk-in. In season, that hour is a full room-night.

  6. 16:00

A poolside order reaches the kitchen

A guest scans a QR code and orders. The kitchen display gets it at once, and the charge lands on the guest's bill by itself.

  7. 19:50

    Dinner rush, nothing re-typed

Orders fire to the kitchen display. Room-service charges post straight to guest bills. Nobody copies a bill again.

A worked example, not a customer claim

A 20-room hotel selling 350 room-nights a month, 70% of them through OTAs at 18% commission and an average rate of ₹2,500, pays roughly ₹1,10,250 in commission every month. Moving one booking in four to its own website, where commission is 0%, keeps about ₹27,500 of that at the hotel, every month.A 20-room hotel selling 350 room-nights a month, 70% of them through OTAs at 18% commission and an average rate of $50, pays roughly $2,205 in commission every month. Switching is our job, not yours.

First, what stops a hotel from moving. Then the whole plan, in three honest steps.

The six worries, answered

A hotel that is already running does not change software lightly. These are the six worries that come up first, and the plain answer to each one.

  1. 01

You will not lose a booking

Both systems run the same day at the same time, so nothing depends on one moment. Your old system stays available to read after the move, and you decide when to close it.

  2. 02

    Your history comes with you

You do not start on an empty system. Past guests, company accounts, rate plans and bookings already made for future dates all come across, from software or from a paper register.

  3. 03

    Nobody is trained twice

Your team learns during the days both systems are running, on their own shifts and their own guests. There is no classroom day first, and nothing to relearn when the real work starts.

  4. 04

    Nothing to pay to start

The migration is free and there is no setup fee. Moving costs you the time your team spends on it and nothing else.

  5. 05

    You are not locked in

You can end a monthly plan in any month, and your complete data is exported on any day you ask for it. No contract has to run out first.

  6. 06

You are not doing it alone

Phone and WhatsApp reach a person at any hour, during the move and after it. The help does not stop on the day you go live.

How the move works, in three steps

Day 0

We take the export

We pull rooms, rate plans, seasons, future bookings, guest history, company accounts and OTA logins from your current system, or from your registers if it's paper.

Day 1–2

Parallel run, zero risk

Your team keeps working the old way while the same day runs on ZimmerStack beside it. They learn by doing their actual job, and we sit on WhatsApp the whole time.

Day 3

Cut over, keep the safety net

OTAs point at the new system, the desk goes live, and the old system stays readable for as long as you like. Nobody loses a booking. That's the deal.

Ask us directly →
Will the software change my rates without asking me?

You set a floor and a ceiling for each room type, and the engine can only move between them. Before it goes live you can preview exactly what would move, and you activate only when you are happy. If you want a particular date left alone, set that rate yourself and the engine will not touch it.

What if it drops my rate too low and cheapens my property?

It cannot go below your floor. That is what the floor is for. Dropping a rate on a date that would otherwise stay empty does not cheapen a property; an empty room does. Your floor is where you decide that stops being true.

Is dynamic pricing an add-on?

No. It is included from Growth upwards at the printed price, with nothing to switch on and nothing extra to pay. The engine reads the data your PMS already holds and sends rates through the channel manager in your plan, so there is no third system to run and no third bill.

We are a small property. Is this only worth it for big hotels?

It is more useful the smaller you are. A large hotel can employ someone to watch rates all day. A small one has an owner doing it between two other jobs. The smallest plan starts at five rooms.

What exactly is ZimmerStack?

One cloud platform that runs the whole hotel and works on its revenue while it does: revenue management with dynamic pricing included, a commission-free booking engine on your own website, a channel manager for the OTAs, front desk and housekeeping (PMS), restaurant and room service (POS with kitchen displays), a free hotel website, and an owner's admin panel with staff, payroll and multi-property control. Your entire hotel, one connected system. One login, one bill.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Tell us your hotel and room count and we set the trial up for you: your room types, your rates, and your OTA connections if you want them. You get the full product for 30 days with the same 24/7 support. No card needed. If it is not right for you, you simply stop, and your data is exported or deleted, your call.

We already use another system. How painful is switching?

We do the migration for you, free, usually inside 48 hours: rooms, rate plans, future bookings, guest history and OTA connections. Your team runs both systems in parallel for a few days, then cuts over. Nobody loses a booking.

How can the price be this low?

The software was built at working front desks, and it runs on modern infrastructure that costs less to operate. We charge one price per room per month: ₹199–₹499 ($3.99–9.99). Everything in your plan is included at that price, with no setup fee and no add-ons. The price is the business model, so it holds for as long as you are subscribed.

Can we start with just the restaurant POS?

Yes. The POS and kitchen display run standalone for restaurants and hotel F&B outlets, so you can start there and add the PMS when you want the folio integration. It's the same system underneath, so turning the rest on later takes minutes, not a migration.

Does it handle GST properly?

Yes. You get GST-compliant invoices with correct CGST/SGST splits by tariff slab, monthly sales and purchase registers, filing-ready reports your CA can download directly, and Tally export for the accountant's workflow. The platform was built at Indian front desks, so tax compliance is part of how it works, not an addition made later.

What happens to our data? Is it safe?

Your data lives in an encrypted database with strict per-property isolation. No other hotel can ever see your rates or guests. Daily backups, and you can export everything, any time. It's your data, not ours.

What does support actually look like?

A person answers, day or night, on WhatsApp and phone. They have worked hotel desks, so you are not explaining your job to them. Every plan gets the same support, at every price.

See your hotel on ZimmerStack tonight.

Call now and a person who has worked a hotel desk picks up, or start a 30-day free trial on your real rooms. If it doesn't fit your hotel, we'll tell you.
