Guests ask from their phone. Your desk hears it at once.

A card in every room opens your hotel's concierge on the guest's own phone. They ask a question, ask for towels or order dinner. Requests ring your Hotel PMS, and orders reach the kitchen on your Restaurant POS.

An add-on to the Hotel PMSWorks with the Restaurant POS

Towels, chai or a taxi: the guest taps once, and the right person hears it.

The guest concierge is a Hotel PMS add-on, priced per property. Ask us for the price.

Be the guest in Room 204

Scan the code with your phone, and you are a guest at The Alder House, a sample hotel. This page turns into its front desk and its kitchen, so you see both sides at once.

Your phone plays the guest. This page plays the hotel.

Start the demo and scan the code with your phone. You get the guest app of The Alder House, a sample hotel. Every tap you make shows up here, at its front desk and in its kitchen.

Things to try

  • Ask for fresh towels
  • Order a masala chai
  • Ask the concierge for the Wi-Fi password
  • Send the front desk a message

The demo runs the real guest app with a sample hotel. Nothing you send is kept, and the demo ends after 20 minutes. Prices on the sample menu are examples.

From the card in the room to the right person

No app to install, no call to reception and no paper menu.

  1. A card in every room

Print one QR card per room from admin. It stays in the room and works for every stay.

  2. The guest scans it

Their phone camera opens your concierge, in your hotel's name and colours, in English or Hindi.

  3. They ask, request or order

A typed question, towels in two taps, or dinner from your restaurant's menu.

  4. Your team gets it at once

Requests ring the Hotel PMS, orders reach the Restaurant POS, and messages reach the desk.

Three things a guest does from the room

Each one reaches the person who can help, with the room number on it.

Ask the chatbot

Guests type a question and get an answer from the facts you enter: Wi-Fi, breakfast hours, check-out, what is nearby.

  • It answers only from your hotel's facts and menu.
  • When it does not know, it says so and points to the desk.
  • A question to the chatbot never rings the front desk.

Guests can also write to the front desk, and the desk replies from the PMS.

Ask for anything on your menu

Towels, a pillow, a fix for the AC, a taxi or a late checkout. You choose the services, their hours and their prices.

  • Options and a note, so the team brings the right thing.
  • Live status on the guest's phone, from received to done.
  • A second tap within minutes counts as asking again, not as a new request.

Paid items show their price, and the guest proves the stay once before anything goes on the bill.

Order food to the room

Guests order from the dishes you mark for the food app on your Restaurant POS. The kitchen gets a KOT, and the order goes on the room bill.

  • Prices and tax come from the POS, never from the phone.
  • The guest sees the order move from received to served.
  • Without a POS restaurant, a food order reaches the desk as a request.

The desk posts the order to the guest's folio, as with any room service order.

What your team sees on the PMS and the POS

Nothing new to learn. Requests arrive on the tickets desk your staff already use, and orders arrive in the kitchen.

Urgent requests ring until handled

An urgent request, like no hot water or an emergency, opens a sheet on the PMS that rings until someone acknowledges it.

Normal ones ring once

A normal request rings once and shows the room, the service, the option and the guest's note. A low one raises the badge.

Nothing waits unseen

If nobody picks a request up in the time you set, it turns urgent, so the desk rings until someone does.

Guest messages on the PMS

A line from a guest rings the desk and opens in Guest messages, where staff reply.

Orders as a KOT

An in-room order reaches the kitchen on the Restaurant POS as a KOT, and goes on the room bill when the desk posts it.

Every request is a ticket

Each request lands on the tickets desk with the team it belongs to and the time it is due.

Private by default, and every switch is yours

The card opens the room, never the guest's details. You decide what the concierge offers.

Permanent room cards

One card per room, for every stay. If a card goes missing, print a new one and the old one stops working.

Nothing personal from a card

Scanning the card shows the room, not the guest. The name and the dates appear only after the guest proves the stay.

Proof before money

Before anything goes on the bill, the guest proves the stay once. The last four digits of their phone or a code by email will do.

Answers only from your facts

The chatbot uses the facts and the menu you enter. It never makes up a time, a price or a phone number.

Your name and colours

The concierge carries your hotel's name, colours and fonts, taken from your website or chosen in admin.

You choose what is on

Services, prices and hours, the chatbot, live chat and in-room dining each have their own switch in admin.

Questions about the guest concierge

Can't find yours? Call us. A person who has worked a front desk picks up.

Ask us directly →
Does the guest need to install an app?

No. The card opens a page in the phone's browser. Guests can add it to their home screen, but they do not have to.

What happens when the chatbot does not know the answer?

It says so and points the guest to the front desk. It answers only from the facts and the menu you enter in admin. It never makes up a time, a price or a phone number.

Which languages does it speak?

English and Hindi. The guest picks the language on their phone.

How do in-room orders reach the kitchen?

If your hotel has a restaurant on the ZimmerStack Restaurant POS, guests order from the dishes you mark for the food app. The kitchen gets a KOT, and the order goes on the room bill when the desk posts it. Without a POS restaurant, a food order reaches the desk as a request.

What does my front desk need?

Nothing new. Requests arrive on the Hotel PMS your desk already uses, with the room number, the option and the guest's note.

Do we print new cards for every guest?

No. Each room has one card that works for every stay. Print a new one only if a card goes missing, and the old one stops working.

What does it cost?

The guest concierge is a Hotel PMS add-on, priced per property. Ask us for the price.

Is the demo a real hotel?

No. The Alder House is a sample hotel. What you send in the demo reaches only this page, nothing is kept, and the demo ends after 20 minutes.
