Yes. Your bill is your room count times your plan price. No setup fee, no per-user fee, no integration charges, no add-ons. Tax is added on top, as the law requires.
Is there a minimum bill?
Yes, and we print it: 5 rooms. So the smallest possible bill is ₹995/month on Essential. Your room count and your plan are the only two things that set that number.
Are there extra charges for connecting things?
No. If something is in your plan, like the channel manager, kitchen display or printers, it's connected at the same printed price. We don't sell connections separately.
Is dynamic pricing really included, or is it a paid module?
Included. The pricing engine reads your own bookings, your own booking pace and your own realised rates. It then sends updated rates to every channel, inside the floor and ceiling you set. It ships with Growth (PMS + Channel Manager) at no extra charge.
What counts as a room?
A sellable unit on your booking board: a room, cottage, villa, dorm-room (not per bed), or apartment. Blocked staff quarters and owner's rooms don't count.
Do you sell hardware?
No. The POS prints to standard ESC/POS thermal printers. Use the ones you already own, or buy any unit locally for about ₹6,000 to ₹10,000. A regular Android phone is enough for housekeeping.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Monthly plans cancel any month. Annual plans exist because two free months is a fair trade for commitment, not because we need a lock-in to keep you. Your data exports any day, in full.
What does the free migration include?
Everything: room types, rate plans, seasons, future bookings, guest history, company accounts and OTA connections, including your OTA logins re-pointed safely. We have moved hotels off their old systems and off paper. Typical cutover is 48 hours with a parallel-run safety window.
Is support the same on every plan?
Identical. A person answers, day or night, on WhatsApp and phone, and they have worked hotel desks. Every plan gets the same people and the same hours, at every price.
Will the price change after a year?
Your per-room rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. If our list price rises later, yours doesn't.
Do you charge commission on the booking engine?
Zero, on every plan, forever. Direct bookings are the whole point. The only fee on a direct booking is your own payment provider's standard charge, which goes to them, not to us.
