No setup fee, no per-user fee, no 'integration charges'. The only thing added to the bill is GST, because law.

Yes, and we print it: 5 rooms, so the smallest possible bill is ₹995/month on Essential. For contrast, the big suites' entry tiers carry minimum billings of roughly ₹4,250–8,985 a month — you find out in the fine print.

On the big suites, connecting a channel manager, payment gateway or kitchen printer is an “interface” — sold in bundles of 3 or 6, or as paid add-ons. We don't have the concept. If it's in your tier, it's connected, at one printed price.

Included. The pricing engine that watches demand pace, seasonality and market conditions — and pushes updated rates to every channel — ships with Growth (PMS + Channel Manager) at no extra charge. The big suites sell the same capability as a separate revenue-management product with its own monthly fee.

A sellable unit on your booking board: a room, cottage, villa, dorm-room (not per bed), or apartment. Blocked staff quarters and owner's rooms don't count.

No — and we don't mark it up either. The POS prints to standard ESC/POS thermal printers, so use the ones you already own or buy any ₹6–10k unit locally. A regular Android phone is enough for housekeeping and audits.

No. Monthly plans cancel any month. Annual plans exist because two free months is a fair trade for commitment — not because we need a lock-in to keep you. Your data exports any day, in full.

Everything: room types, rate plans, seasons, future bookings, guest history, company accounts and OTA connections — including your OTA extranet logins re-pointed safely. We've moved hotels off both of the big suites, and off paper. Typical cutover is 48 hours with a parallel-run safety window.

Identical: 24/7 on WhatsApp and phone, answered by people who have worked hotel desks, median first response under 5 minutes. We don't sell 'priority support' — that would mean deliberately making the standard one worse.

Your per-room rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. If our list price rises later, yours doesn't.

Zero, on every plan, forever. Direct bookings are the whole point. Some India suites charge up to 4% on their booking engines plus per-booking fees on direct traffic; with us you pay only your payment gateway's standard fee (~2% via Razorpay), which goes to Razorpay, not us.
