ZimmerStack wasn't designed in a software office and guessed into hotels. It was built at working front desks — engineers sitting beside receptionists through the 9am checkout rush — because the systems on the market were expensive, cluttered, and clearly written by people who had never stood at a desk during one.
The name is the mission: Zimmer is German for room. ZimmerStack is the stack a room runs on — from the booking that fills it to the linen that turns it.
The origin story is unglamorous: a Hyderabad hotel group priced the well-known suites and did the yearly math. The quotes assumed a sales team, an onboarding team and an account manager all needed feeding. The group asked for something better — so we built the system around their actual day, on site: the board, the folio, the KOT, the night audit, the OTA sync, payroll on the 1st.
Today ZimmerStack runs working hotels end to end, every day — the check-ins, the dinner rush, the 3am audit, the GST filings. The same platform runs those properties' kitchens, linen rooms, stores and payroll — so a hotel pays one bill, not seven. Every feature on this website exists because a working property needed it on a specific Tuesday. When something breaks, a front desk calls within minutes; that is a service-level agreement no contract can match.
We sell it at half the incumbents' price for a structural reason, not a promotional one: no field sales force, no per-module upselling, and modern serverless infrastructure that costs a fraction of legacy hosting. The price is the business model, so it doesn't expire after year one.
