No. Your room types and rack rates from memory are plenty. We build the demo board live from what you tell us. If you share your OTA listing, we'll pre-load it before the call.
Who should join the call?
You, plus the person who actually works the desk. A demo lands differently when the front-office in-charge asks the awkward questions. For restaurants, bring the F&B manager too.
Is the demo on my data?
On your room types and your rates, yes. They're entered live, so you see exactly how a booking, a KOT and a night audit would feel on your property. Nothing is retained unless you start a trial.
