Form C worksheet

The details a property is commonly asked for when reporting a foreign guest's arrival, laid out the way a front desk collects them. It prepares the record. The filing happens on the government portal, by you.

This tool prepares a record for you to file. It does not file anything on your behalf, and it is not connected to any government system. Filing happens on the official portal.

This worksheet does not file anything.

Form C is submitted on the Bureau of Immigration's own portal, using credentials issued to your property. This page only helps you collect the details before you go there, and what it prints is an internal worksheet — it is not a government form, and it is not proof that you filed.

Open the official Form C portal

Nothing you type here is sent to us or saved anywhere — not on our side, and not in this browser. Close the tab and it is gone, which is deliberate: a front desk is usually a shared machine and a guest's passport number should not wait there for the next shift.

What this does, and what it does not

It collects the passport, visa, arrival and stay details in one place so that when you open the portal you are copying from a complete sheet rather than hunting through a register. You can print the sheet or copy it as text.

It does not file anything. Form C is submitted on the Bureau of Immigration's own portal against credentials issued to your property, and nothing on the public internet can do that for you. What this page prints is an internal worksheet — it is not a government form and it is not proof that you filed.

The field list is what properties are commonly asked for, not a guarantee of completeness. The portal is the authority on what it wants and it changes; check your sheet against it before you submit.

Nothing you type is sent anywhere, and nothing is kept

Passport and visa details of a foreign national are sensitive personal information. This tool never sends them across the network — the sheet is assembled and printed by your own browser, so those details never reach our servers and never leave the country they were typed in.

It also keeps nothing. Our invoice tools save a draft so you can come back to it; this one deliberately does not. A front desk is usually a shared machine, and a guest's passport number should not be sitting in the browser waiting for the next shift. Close the tab and the sheet is gone.

That is also why there is no account and no email step. There is nothing we could offer in exchange for this data that would be worth holding it.

The part worth getting into a routine

The reporting clock runs from check-in, not from the start of the next working day, so a late arrival is the one that gets missed. The common failure is a night desk taking the booking and leaving the paperwork for a morning shift that does not know it is outstanding.

Collecting the passport and visa details at check-in rather than at filing time removes most of the difficulty. Chasing a guest for a passport number the following morning is how a deadline is lost.

Want this running on your own property's numbers?

Leave an email and someone will get in touch. The tool stays free either way. This is not a trial and there is nothing to cancel.

No newsletter, and nothing you entered into the tool is included.

Identity captured once at check-in, ready when you file.

The booking board your whole hotel runs on — drag-and-drop stays, folios that always balance, a night audit that closes itself.

Does this file Form C for me?

No, and nothing on the public internet can. Form C is submitted on the Bureau of Immigration's portal using credentials issued to your property. This worksheet only helps you collect the details first.

Is the printed sheet proof that I filed?

No. It is an internal worksheet and it says so on every page. Your proof of filing is the acknowledgement the portal gives you — keep that with the folio.

Where does the information I type go?

Nowhere. The sheet is built and printed by your own browser. Nothing is sent to us, nothing is stored on our side, and nothing is kept in this browser after you close the tab.

Why does it not save my work like your invoice tools do?

Deliberately. A front desk is usually a shared machine and this sheet holds a guest's passport and visa details. Leaving them in browser storage for whoever sits down next is a risk to the guest and to you.

Is this the complete list of what the portal asks for?

It is what properties are commonly asked for, which is not the same thing. The portal is the authority and its fields change — check your sheet against it before submitting.

Can our property management system do this automatically?

If it already captures identity documents at check-in, the record should be assembled from what you captured rather than typed a second time. The submission still happens on the portal — that part is not something software can take off you.
